The only guess I can make is
The only guess I can make is that Gus is waiting for "Tio" Hector to
keel over but is in no real rush since he gets to see the old man living
with the pain of losing both The Twins and crazy-eyed Tuco. If Gus is
enjoying seeing "Tio" Hector squirm, much like he sees Walt squirm
through his security cameras, he's not betraying that emotion. He's
playing it cool, Obama-style.
