A pair of Black Chaps found in the trunk were probably worn by the young Abernathy Boys when they made their famous rides in the early 1900's. Is it any wonder that Temple found them important enough to store in the old trunk, all those years ago? I'll bet they have seen many a mile and if they could talk, would have exciting tales to relay today. What an Oklahoma adventure! Learn more about these Oklahoma boys and all their adventures by reading about them in books or visiting the Frederick, OK museum! Wow...what a ride!
